For example, new GNOME version isn't available until the whole new release is published, while KDE was upgraded from 5.23 to 5.24 during the Fedora 35 lifetime.</p>
<p>I'd rather see everything reasonably stable during the version release, so if this is the way to achieve it, it's fine. Though, I use Fedora for the fact that it's cutting edge :-) </p>
<p>As for GO version management, I prefer use per-user system such as <a href="https://github.com/syndbg/goenv">https://github.com/syndbg/goenv</a>, rbenv for ruby, pyenv for python etc...</p>
